Train for the VEX IQ Competition (VIQRC), prepare for the VEX Level Up 2026–2027 game, and learn from a VEX-certified coach with a top-university background in Engineering, Robotics, AI, and Mechatronics.
Every cohort is led by an experienced coach who graduated from a top university in Robotics, AI, or Mechatronics and holds VEX Certification. Coaching, not lecturing — the way Silicon Valley builds products.
We prioritize the student's journey over the scoreboard. While competition is an option, personal growth is our standard. We are dedicated to cultivating a transformative learning experience that doesn't just teach mechanics, but inspires a lifelong passion for engineering and innovation.
Beyond trophies, students learn to document, present, and defend their design decisions to a VIQRC judging panel.
In the 2025–2026 VIQRC Mix & Match season — building on the foundations laid during VEX IQ Level Up — our four Bangkok-based teams (Vexcellence, Beyond Robotics, Sigma Squad, and Overdrive Robotics) represented Beyond Code Academy across Thailand. 100% of teams earned at least two National-level awards, and three earned international invites on the path to the VEX World Championship.

The VEX IQ Competition (VIQRC) is the global robotics tournament series for students aged 8–14, run by the REC Foundation on the VEX IQ platform. Each season has a new game — VEX Level Up for 2026–2027 — where teams design, build, code, and document a robot, compete in qualification matches, and earn judged awards.
The VEX IQ Competition pathway runs from local qualifiers through National Championships up to the VEX Robotics World Championship. Our program in Bangkok prepares teams for every stage of that path.
VEX Level Up is the official VEX IQ Competition game for the 2026–2027 season. Teams must score elements onto scoring zones and align robots with strategy partners to maximize points. We coach the full Level Up game cycle — strategy, build, code, notebook, and judging.
Beyond Code Academy provides a dedicated VEX Coach in Bangkok. Our lead coach is VEX-certified, with a top-university background in Engineering, Robotics, AI, and Mechatronics — and has trained four VIQRC teams to 16 awards and 3 international invites in the 2025–2026 season.
