Attendance and refund policy
Absences and make-up sessions
There are no make-up sessions for absences in any case, because work is conducted as a group during class. Mentors may still provide supplementary materials and guidance when a student misses class so they can remain as competition-ready as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are considered only in the following situations:
- Health: If a participant cannot continue and provides clear medical documentation, a partial refund may be issued for classes not yet taken.
-
Unforeseen circumstances:
- (a) Competition cancellation: If an official competition is cancelled, eligible participants may receive a partial refund.
- (b) Material rule changes: If competition rules change in a way that prevents the team from participating, a partial refund may be issued.
